Job Description

Deputy Manager - ABEX

Responsibilities

Align with business objectives and interact with BU for matter concerning Financial statements
Timely closing of monthly/quarterly/annual books of accounts
Liaise with statutory auditors for limited reviews and annual closure
Ensure timely filing of XBRL & other statutory filings as per accounting policies
Provide ad-hoc data support to BU's with respects to financials
Timely inter-company reconciliations and resolution of any open items
Preparation of Related party transactions
Preparation of audit schedules in line with Statutory liabilities , desired format by auditors/BU's and responsible for closure of audit queries

Qualifications

MBA Finance / MCOM
4 to 8 years of experience
Knowledge of Ind AS, Sch III requirements, Payroll accounting, Related Party Transactions, SEBI LODR
Knowledge of SAP
