## About the Role:

Your main goal will be to generate high quality leads for AI-LeadBox and our clients. You will need to create campaigns through Meta Ads that have a high ROI (Return on Investment) and a low CPA (Cost Per Acquisition).

### Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management: Setting up, monitoring and optimizing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns for clients and the company.
• Lead Generation: Creating high-converting lead generation forms and landing page strategies.
• Content Creation: Writing compelling ad copy (captions) and creating basic graphics or video ads using tools like Canva.
• Performance Tracking: Checking the performance of ads daily and preparing weekly reports based on ROI, CTR and CPA.
• A/B Testing: Get the best results by testing different audiences, creatives, and headlines.
• Platform Branding: Posting on AI-LeadBox's social media platforms as per the content calendar.

### Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Live Project Experience: Experience running live projects and handling budgets on Meta Ads Manager.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Facebook Pixel setup, Custom Audiences, and Retargeting.
• Creativity: The ability to understand marketing angles and write content that attracts customers.
• Analytical Mind: The ability to identify where improvements need to be made by looking at statistics.
