**Job Title:** Digital Sales Executive
**Location:** Devarshi Complex, Ajanta Ellora Road, Near Tulip Bungalows, Thaltej, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380054
**Working Hours:** 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
**Job Description:**
Gurubhai Equipments is seeking a proactive and customer-focused **Digital Sales Executive** to manage and convert incoming digital inquiries into sales. This role involves direct communication with potential customers through platforms like WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and our website.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and website chat.
* Provide product information, share images, and assist customers in making purchasing decisions.
* Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
* Coordinate with the showroom and dispatch teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
**Requirements:**
* Prior experience in telecalling or digital customer service is preferred.
* Proficiency in using WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and email communication.
* Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple inquiries efficiently.
