About Us :
Gurubhai Equipments is one of India’s growing commercial kitchen equipment brands, supplying restaurant, cafe, hotel, cloud kitchen, catering, and street food setup equipment across India.We are looking for energetic and communication-skilled Digital Sales Executives who can handle online customer inquiries and convert leads into sales.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle incoming WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook & website inquiries
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products
- Share catalogs, pricing, videos, and quotations
- Follow up with interested customers
- Convert leads into showroom visits or direct orders
- Coordinate with sales team and dispatch department
- Maintain customer records and inquiry tracking
- Build long-term customer relationships
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
- Fast typing and smartphone/computer handling
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business & social media
- Sales mindset and customer handling ability
- Ability to understand customer requirements quickly
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Experience
- Experience in WhatsApp sales / telecalling / customer support / showroom sales
- Experience using CRM or managing online leads is a plus
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
Salary
₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
- Incentives based on performance

- Timing: Monday to Saturday | 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Work Type: Work From Office
