Plan and coordinate daily dispatch activities.
Prepare invoices, delivery challans, E-way bills, and dispatch documents.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and transport teams.
Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely deliveries.
Track vehicles and update customers or internal teams on delivery status.
Maintain dispatch records and inventory movement logs.
Resolve dispatch-related issues and delays.
Ensure compliance with company policies and transport regulations.
Communicate with vendors, transporters, and customers professionally.
Prepare daily and monthly dispatch reports.
