Job Profile :- Executive/ Sr. Executive – HR & Administration
Job Location:- Ahmedabad
Job Description:-
· Source and screen candidates, schedule interviews.
· Prepare offer letters and complete joining formalities.
· Conduct induction and maintain on boarding documents.
· Maintain employee files and HR database.
· Manage attendance, leaves, and daily HR documentation.
· Prepare HR letters (confirmation, increment, warnings, etc.).
· Compile monthly attendance and salary inputs.
· Coordinate with finance for payroll processing.
· Visiting plants, if required.
Desired candidate:- A person having MBA/PGD in HR and having 5+ year experience in HR & Administration.
