Job Description:Hum apni manufacturing unit ke liye Factory Helper hire kar rahe hain jo daily production activities mein support kare aur smooth workflow maintain kare.
- 📋 Key Responsibilities:Machine operator ko daily kaam mein support karna
- Raw material handling aur shifting (loading/unloading)
- Production line par assistance dena
- Finished goods packing aur labeling karna
- Factory area ki safai aur maintenance maintain karna
- Supervisor ke instructions follow karna
- Safety rules aur company policies ka palan karna
- 🎯 Requirements:Minimum Qualification: 8th / 10th Pass
- Experience: Fresher ya 1-2 saal factory experience preferred
- Physically fit hona zaroori hai
- Basic samajh ho manufacturing process ki (training di jayegi)
- Team me kaam karne ki ability
- ⏰ Working Details:Duty: 8–10 Hours (Shift Basis)
- Weekly Off: Sunday / As per company policy
- 💰 Salary & Benefits:Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (experience ke hisab se)
- Overtime available
