Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive for our industrial machine manufacturing business. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, visiting customers, handling inquiries, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets in Ahmedabad and nearby industrial areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit industrial customers, workshops, factories, and dealers for business development.
• Generate leads and convert inquiries into orders.
• Promote company products and explain machine specifications to customers.
• Conduct field visits, client meetings, and product demonstrations.
• Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and payment collections.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and dealers.
• Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams for order execution.
• Prepare daily visit reports and sales updates.
• Participate in industrial exhibitions, trade fairs, and marketing activities when required.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Required Skills

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic technical understanding of industrial machinery.
• Ability to travel within Ahmedabad and nearby regions.
• Confidence in customer handling and field sales activities.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, email communication, and CRM follow-ups.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
• Experience in industrial products, machinery, tools, engineering, or B2B sales will be preferred.
• Must possess a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
