Field Sales Executive

Position SummaryWe are looking for energetic, target-driven, and self-motivated Field Sales Executives to promote the StreeFi platform in assigned areas and register new users through direct field activities.

The candidate should be comfortable with outdoor sales, direct interaction with women, business owners, societies, colleges, and community groups.

• Key ResponsibilitiesUser Registration & OnboardingConduct field visits in assigned locations.
• Explain StreeFi features and benefits to potential users.
• Register new users through the StreeFi application.
• Assist users in completing profile registration.
• Ensure accurate data collection during onboarding.
• Field Sales ActivitiesVisit residential societies, markets, offices, educational institutes, NGOs, and women's groups.
• Conduct awareness campaigns and promotional activities.
• Generate daily leads and conversions.
• Build relationships with local influencers and community leaders.
• Reporting & DocumentationSubmit daily activity reports.
• Maintain records of registrations and leads.
• Update Team Leader regarding field challenges and opportunities.
• Ensure proper documentation of completed registrations.
• Brand PromotionRepresent StreeFi professionally.
• Distribute promotional materials.
• Participate in events, roadshows, and awareness programs.
