Field Sales Executive

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. The successful candidate will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers and generate leads for the company's building material products in the assigned region.
• Conduct regular field visits to construction sites, contractors, builders, and retailers to promote and sell products.
• Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the construction industry.
• Meet or exceed sales targets by focusing on customer needs and offering customized solutions.
• Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries, negotiations, and closing of sales deals.
• Provide accurate market intelligence and feedback on competitors, product performance, and customer requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all sales and prospecting activities, including calls, presentations, and proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and industry events to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
