Job Description
Responsibilities:
· identify and develop new customers and business opportunities
· Build relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, builders, architects, and contractors
· Conduct regular field visits and client meetings
· Promote company products and increase market reach
· Handle inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order follow-ups
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
· Monitor market trends and competitor activities
· Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer support
· Maintain daily visit reports and sales activity records
Requisite Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good client handling and relationship management ability
Experience in field sales and business development
Knowledge of ceramic, tiles, sanitaryware, or building material market preferred
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp)
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
