Field Sales Executive

• We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team in the water industry. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling company products through direct interaction with customers and business associates on a B2B basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Make outbound sales calls and handle customer inquiries professionally.
• Conduct regular field visits to prospective and existing customers within the assigned territory.
• Promote and explain product features, benefits, and applications effectively.
• Achieve monthly sales and business growth targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer transactions and support.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports in CRM software.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical discussions with clients.
• Identify market opportunities and expand dealer/customer network.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: B.Sc., ITI Diploma, or Engineering Diploma.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years in B2B sales.
• Preferred Industry: Water treatment, pumps, pipes, atta chakki, industrial products, or related industries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain technical products clearly to customers.
• Knowledge of Local language, Hindi, and English is required.
• Candidates with own vehicle and willingness to travel will be preferred.

Job Type: Full Time Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month.
