Freight Forwarding

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Freight Forwarding Manager to handle end-to-end logistics operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in import/export processes, documentation, and coordination with shipping lines, airlines, and customs authorities.

• Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily freight forwarding operations (Air & Sea – Import & Export)
• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and CHA agents
• Handle documentation including BL, AWB, invoice, packing list, etc.
• Ensure timely customs clearance and delivery of shipments
• Track shipments and provide updates to clients
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors
• Handle freight rate negotiations and cost optimization
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements
• Resolve operational issues and delays efficiently
• Requirements:3–4 years of experience in freight forwarding/logistics industry
• Strong knowledge of import/export documentation and procedures
• Experience in dealing with CHA, shipping lines, and transporters
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Basic knowledge of freight software / ERP systems preferred

• Preferred Candidate:
• Based in Ahmedabad or willing to relocate within Gujarat
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Experience in both air & sea freight will be an advantage
