Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our growing team. The role involves managing project coordination, on-ground execution, vendor management, and ensuring flawless delivery of client campaigns. This position requires strong multitasking ability, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset to handle state-level operations and multi-location activations

Key Responsibilities:

● Drive end-to-end execution of ATL/BTL campaigns, branding installations, events, and activations with clear ownership.

● Lead on-ground operations including logistics planning, manpower deployment, and vendor coordination.

● Act as the operational bridge between internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure seamless execution.

● Enforce brand guidelines, timelines, and execution quality across all assigned locations.

● Conduct regular on-ground checks and audits to ensure execution accuracy and compliance.

● Take immediate corrective actions to resolve on-ground challenges and avoid escalations.

● Maintain execution trackers, vendor records, and real-time status updates.

● Coordinate material dispatch, installation, and closure activities across regions.

● Support senior leadership and sales teams with execution feasibility, timelines, and on-ground insights. ● Ensure proper documentation, vendor billing support, and execution closure.

Skills & Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Event Management.

● 1-6 years of experience in operations, events, activations, or advertising industry.

● Strong understanding of ATL/BTL operations, branding executions, and on-ground activations.

● Ability to independently handle vendors, field teams, and site-level execution.

● Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

● High ownership mindset with the ability to perform in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

● Strong negotiation skills for vendor coordination and rate discussions.

● Sharp attention to detail and execution quality.

● Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.

● Willingness to travel extensively as per project requirements.
