Job Description
Job Title: Receptionist / Front Office Executive (Female)
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, well-groomed, and professional Female Receptionist to be the face of our organization. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a welcoming attitude. She will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, maintaining office hospitality, handling couriers, and supporting administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and guests with a warm smile and professional attitude.
- Manage the front desk and ensure a positive first impression of the company.
- Receive and maintain records of incoming couriers, parcels, and deliveries.
- Coordinate visitor entries and inform the concerned employees about guest arrivals.
- Ensure guests are comfortably attended to by arranging tea, coffee, water, and other hospitality services.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and meeting rooms.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
- Assist HR and other departments with administrative tasks during free time.
- Maintain office stationery and reception-related records.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure the office remains clean and presentable.
- Support day-to-day office operations as assigned.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (preferred).
- Pleasant personality with a positive and customer-friendly attitude.
- Professional appearance and good grooming.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Punctual, responsible, and well-mannered.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or Customer Service Executive is an added advantage.
