Job Description

General Manager - IT

SAP Landscape Management
- Support SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, BW, etc.) based on business requirements.
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability, reliability, and security.
- Coordinate with BASIS and infrastructure teams for system upgrades, patches, and migrations.
Business Process Optimization
- Work closely with business stakeholders to analyze current processes and recommend improvements.
- Implement best practices to ensure SAP systems deliver maximum business value.
Project Execution & Change Management
- Participate in SAP rollouts, upgrades, and enhancement projects.
- Assist in testing, training, and user adoption initiatives.
Innovation & Automation
- Research emerging SAP technologies such as SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, BTP, AI, and RPA.
- Propose innovative solutions to improve system efficiency and user experience.
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to SAP CoE governance frameworks, standards, and security policies.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to maintain compliance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a bridge between IT, business teams, and external vendors.
- Provide L2/L3 support to resolve critical SAP issues.

Experience:

10+ years (Senior) experience in SAP environment.
Exposure to at least one SAP module or BASIS/ABAP.

Preferred Qualifications

Any professional qualification i.e. MBA, CA, ICWA, B.Tech
SAP Certified (e.g., S/4HANA, Fiori, BW/4HANA, BASIS, ABAP, or specific modules).
Experience with SAP CoE framework, including governance, standardization, and automation.
Exposure to cloud integrations (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SAP BTP.
Knowledge of automation tools like RPA, AI/ML within SAP ecosystem.
