Job Summary:

The Repair Engineer will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing laptops, desktops, workstations, and servers. This role requires in-depth technical knowledge and the ability to work efficiently with various hardware and software components. You will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive top-quality devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues for laptops, desktops, workstations, and servers.

• Perform component-level repairs, including replacement of parts such as motherboards, CPUs, RAM, hard drives, and power supplies.

• Troubleshoot system issues and recommend effective solutions to resolve them.

• Conduct quality assurance tests to ensure repairs meet company standards.

• Maintain accurate documentation of all repairs, including parts used, repair steps, and outcome.

• Stay updated with the latest hardware technologies and repair techniques.

• Manage inventory of spare parts and request stock replenishment as necessary.

• Provide technical support to customers and answer queries related to device performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in repairing laptops, desktops, workstations, and servers.

• Proficiency in hardware and software diagnostics and troubleshooting.

• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and hardware configurations.

• Experience with tools for testing and repairing components.

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
