Job Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related inquiries from customers.

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer requests for technical assistance.

• Coordinate and prioritize helpdesk activities, ensuring timely resolution of support tickets.

• Maintain accurate records of IT support requests and resolutions using a ticketing system, ensuring timely updates and closure of tickets.

• Customer co-ordination for call related queries.

• Must have knowledge of mail communication.

• Must be able to communicate in English.
