Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


Recruitment & Placement: Manage recruitment and placement activities for both Ahmedabad centers (Ambawadi & Maninagar). Oversee end-to end hiring, onboarding, and student placement coordination with industry partners.


Operations Management: Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the center including infrastructure, systems, scheduling, and coordination across departments. 


Team Leadership : Supervise and motivate department heads (Marketing, Training, Admin), faculty, counselors, and support staff to achieve their respective goals.


Admissions & Revenue Growth: Monitor and drive performance of marketing and counseling teams to achieve admission targets and revenue goals. 


Student Satisfaction : Ensure a positive student experience through prompt issue resolution, quality counseling, and high-standard training delivery.


Reporting & Compliance: Prepare regular reports for management, ensure policy compliance, and implement internal SOPs across the center. 


Brand Promotion : Coordinate with the marketing team for branding, outreach activities, seminars, workshops, and institute visits.


Project Coordination: Liaise with the Project Division to allocate resources for consulting work and ensure timely delivery. 


Quality Assurance: Monitor faculty performance, student feedback, and training outcomes. Identify areas for improvement.
