Job Description
Job Summary
We, RSPR Global Services, are located at Thaltej, S.G. Highway, Ahmedabad and provides HR Staffing and recruitment services for IT and Non-IT industries for our various clients. To expand our team, we are seeking a dynamic, results-driven HR Recruiter to manage our end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent to meet as per clients requirement. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong understanding of local and national job markets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sourcing & Talent Acquisition
- Collaborate with Team and Client Heads to understand HR requirements and understand the KRA ( Key Responsibility Area )
- Write and update clear, engaging Job Descriptions (JDs).
- Source candidates using job portals (e.g., Naukri.com, Indeed), professional networks (LinkedIn), and employee referral programs.
- Screen resumes, evaluate candidate tests, and conduct initial HR interviews to assess cultural and technical fit.
2. Interview Coordination & Candidate Management
- Coordinate interview line-ups, scheduling meetings with candidates and respective hiring managers.
- Negotiate job offers, including compensation packages and joining dates, with selected candidates.
- Ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience from the initial touchpoint to final onboarding.
3. Onboarding & HR Operations
- Manage new hire onboarding formalities, including documentation, background checks, and HRMS data entry.
- Conduct new-hire inductions regarding company policies, culture, and benefits.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, generate weekly hiring reports, and track recruitment metrics. [1]
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, etc.) or an MBA in HR.
- Experience: years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment (IT or Non-IT depending on your company type).
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and negotiation abilities.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job portals, and Google Workspace / MS Office.
