Talent Acquisition Executive

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive who is well-versed in IT hiring and can drive end-to-end recruitment for WordPress, Shopify, Magento, digital marketing, and broader technology roles. You’ll partner with HR manager, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment: job profiling, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding

Partner with HR manager to understand role requirements, technical competencies, and team fit for:

• WordPress Developers
• Shopify / Shopify Plus Developers
• Magento Developers
• Digital Marketing specialists (SEO, SEM, social media, content, performance marketing)
• Other IT roles (frontend/backend developers, full-stack, QA, DevOps, UI/UX, data, etc.)
• Source candidates through multiple channels: LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, job boards, communities, and social media
• Write and refine job descriptions aligned with stakeholder requirements
• Screen resumes, conduct phone/video screenings, and assess technical and cultural fit
• Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling with hiring managers and candidates
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and future roles in e-commerce and IT
• Use ATS and HRMS effectively to track candidates, manage workflows, and generate reports
• Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline health) to leadership
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract quality IT and digital marketing talent
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

1-2 years of experience in full-life-cycle recruitment, preferably in-house, in IT/digital/e-commerce-

Proven experience hiring for:

• WordPress, Shopify, Magento developers
• Digital marketing roles (SEO, SEM, social, content, performance)
• Other IT/technical roles
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and skill sets across web development and digital marketing
• Essential SkillsProficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRMS
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and major job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to evaluate technical profiles and ask targeted screening questions for IT roles
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple hiring priorities simultaneously

Good-to-Have

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (WordPress/WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento) and digital marketing concepts

Experience with recruitment analytics and hiring metrics

Experience in Ahmedabad/Gujarat IT/digital agencies or e-commerce tech companies
