HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and joining follow-up.
• Manage employee onboarding, exit formalities, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
• Maintain employee records, master database, personal files, and statutory documents.
• Coordinate PF, ESI, labour compliance, contractor documentation, and site-wise labour records.
• Prepare salary inputs and coordinate with Accounts, site teams, contractors, and compliance consultants.
• Support office administration, document control, employee communication, and HR reports.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in HR, Recruitment & Administration.
• Experience in recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and HR documentation.
• Knowledge of PF, ESI, labour laws, statutory compliance, and contractor documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
