📢 Urgent Hiring – IELTS / PTE Trainer (Part-Time / Evening Shift) 📢

We are looking for a passionate and experienced IELTS / PTE Trainer to join our team and help students achieve their desired scores for overseas education and immigration purposes.

📍 Job Location: Vastral, Ahmedabad

🕒 Job Type: Part-Time / Evening Shift

⏰ Working Hours: 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM

💼 Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct professional and interactive IELTS and PTE coaching sessions.

• Deliver training for all modules including:

• Listening
• Reading
• Writing
• Speaking
• • Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and practice exercises as per the latest IELTS and PTE examination standards.
• • Conduct regular mock tests and evaluate student performance.
• • Provide constructive feedback and personalized guidance to help students improve their scores.
• • Teach examination techniques, time-management skills, and effective answering strategies.
• • Monitor student progress and maintain performance records.
• • Create a positive, engaging, and disciplined classroom environment.
• • Maintain professional communication with students and management.
• • Support students in achieving their target band scores and overall language improvement.

🎯 Eligibility Criteria:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong understanding of IELTS and PTE examination formats, scoring systems, and assessment criteria.

• Professional, confident, and presentable personality.

• Prior experience in IELTS/PTE training, English language teaching, or related educational roles will be preferred.

• Ability to conduct engaging classroom sessions and motivate students.

• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and mentoring skills.

• Passion for teaching and helping students succeed.

💰 Compensation & Benefits:

• Attractive Revenue-Sharing Model.

• 50% Share on Each Student's Fee.
