·      Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided data.

 

·      Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified leads.

 

·      Provide detailed information about company projects/services.

 

·      Schedule site visits / meetings for the sales team.

 

·      Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in CRM.

 

·      Follow up with potential clients regularly.

 

·      Achieve daily / weekly / monthly calling and lead generation targets.

 

·      Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for campaign updates.


Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM software.
  • Good listening and negotiation skills.
  • Target-oriented mindset.
