Job Description
We are looking for a high-energy Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting sales presentations over digital platforms, and closing deals. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator who can build rapport quickly and navigate the sales cycle from prospecting to final closure.
- Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, emails, and professional networks.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct virtual product demonstrations and explain the value proposition of our solutions to key stakeholders.
- Pipeline Management: Manage and update the CRM with lead status, ensuring consistent follow-ups to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Negotiation & Closing: Handle objections effectively and negotiate terms to achieve successful Sales Closure.
- Market Feedback: Stay updated on industry trends and provide feedback to the product team based on customer interactions.
- Required Skills & QualificationsEducation: 12th Pass / Graduate (as per your selection).
- Experience: Previous experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, or Inside Sales is highly preferred.
- Communication: Strong command of English and proficiency in at least one regional language (e.g., Hindi, Gujarati).
- Technical: Comfortable using CRM software and digital communication tools.
- Attributes: Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
