Job Description

📍 Position: Key Account ManagerKey Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow relationships with key clients.
  • Understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service.
  • Achieve revenue and customer retention targets.

Requirements:

  • degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–5+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Business Development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Experience with CRM tools is an added advantage.
