**Salary:** ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 per month (Fixed: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 + Incentives up to ₹10,000)

**Job Summary:**

Guru Tech Packaging Machine is seeking a results-driven Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive sales growth. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and marketing within the manufacturing sector.

**Key Responsibilities:**

*  Conduct inside sales activities to generate new leads and business opportunities.

*  Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and briefs to potential clients.

*  Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and development to closing the deal.

*  Effectively communicate product features and benefits to prospective customers.

*  Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

*  Achieve and exceed sales targets.

**Requirements:**

*  **Experience:** A minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in sales or marketing.

*  **Age:** 18 - 40 years.

*  **Skills:**

  *  Good communication skills.

  *  Proficiency in inside sales, sales development, and sales closing techniques.

  *  Ability to create and present effective sales briefs and presentations.

*  **Languages:** Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi is required.

*  **Industry Preference:** Experience in the Manufacturing & Production industry is preferred.
