Merchandiser – Apparel Trims & Accessories

We manufacture premium heat-transfer labels and garment embellishments for leading apparel brands and export buying houses. We’re hiring a Merchandiser to own trims and accessories orders end-to-end — from buyer enquiry to dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle merchandising for trims/accessories — heat transfer labels, printed labels, badges, foils, silicon transfers

• Coordinate daily with brands, buying houses, and export merchandisers on orders, approvals, and timelines

• Prepare costings, quotations, and order confirmations

• Manage sample development, lab dips, and strike-off approvals

• Maintain the Time & Action (TNA) calendar and follow up to keep deliveries on schedule

• Liaise between client, design/prepress, production, and dispatch teams

• Maintain order files, BOMs, and approval records

• Track compliance documentation (OEKO-TEX, RSL/MRSL) where buyer requires

Required Skills

• Knowledge of apparel trims, labels, or accessories merchandising

• Strong follow-up and coordination skills

• Comfortable with Excel, email, and order tracking

• Clear written & spoken communication

• Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines
