Office Clerk

·        Open and close the office as per working hours.

·        Maintain cleanliness and organization of office premises, meeting rooms, pantry, and reception area.

·        Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to employees and visitors.

·        Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and office materials within and outside the office when required.

·        Assist in photocopying, scanning, printing, filing, and document organization.

·        Handle courier dispatches and receive incoming deliveries.

·        Purchase office supplies, stationery, and pantry items as instructed.

·        Monitor and replenish pantry and office consumables.

·        Assist in arranging meeting rooms and preparing for client meetings.

·        Support office staff with routine administrative tasks.

·        Report maintenance issues such as electrical, plumbing, or housekeeping concerns.

·        Assist in loading, unloading, and moving office equipment or materials when required.

·        Ensure confidentiality of office documents and information.

·        Perform any other duties assigned by management.
