Designation: Operations & Merchandising Executive

Job Location: Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day merchandising and operational activities.
• Handle pre- and post-sales/purchase coordination.
• Coordinate product sampling, dispatches, and documentation.
• Draft professional emails and WhatsApp communications.
• Update and maintain website content.
• Review and ensure compliance with departmental SOPs.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Conduct local and outstation client visits as required.
• Deliver product presentations and support business development activities.
• Identify business opportunities through strategic thinking and market interactions.
• Assist in administrative and other operational tasks as assigned.

Key Requirements:

• Preferred qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Textiles/Fabrics. Candidates from other disciplines with relevant experience may also apply.
• Prior experience in the Textile/Fabric/Apparel industry will be preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other standard office software.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and market visits.
• Professional attitude, business etiquette, and high integrity.
• Energetic, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
