  • Manage payroll processing, including salary disbursement, PF, ESIC, gratuity, leave management, and statutory compliance.
  • Ensure accurate attendance tracking and maintain employee records.
  • Provide guidance on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Resolve any HR-related issues or concerns.
