Industrial & Employee Relations: Resolve grievances, manage labor unions, and conduct labor-management meetings to ensure a harmonious work environment.Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Oversee workforce planning, recruit both salaried and hourly/contract staff, and execute new-hire orientations. Statutory Compliance: Ensure adherence to local labor laws, safety regulations, and government mandates regarding working conditions and social security. Compensation & Payroll: Coordinate payroll processing, manage employee benefits, and administer wage structures based on local market research. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/MSW with a focus on IR/PM is highly preferred).directs all human resources and industrial relations functions at a manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include managing talent acquisition, labor law compliance, employee grievances, and shop-floor administration to align plant operations with business goals.
