• Develop and expand relationships with High Net Worth households for liabilities and commercial assets.
• Ensure high levels of customer service and adherence to bank policies 
• Cross-sell a wide range of banking products and services to deepen client engagement.
• Educate clients about new products and enhancements to strengthen relationships.
• Plan and execute targeted sales initiatives and client engagement events .
• Collaborate with group companies to offer integrated financial solutions.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and relationship history.
• Monitor and resolve customer complaints and queries within defined turnaround times (TAT)
