Job Description
Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Proactively call potential customers from provided databases to pitch products/services.
Sales Conversion: Guide prospects through the sales funnel, from initial interest to closing the deal or scheduling a follow-up with a Senior Account Manager.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our offerings to answer questions accurately and handle objections effectively.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Data Management: Accurately update the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system with call logs, lead status, and customer notes.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) regarding call volume and sales value.
