Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


* Generate leads for rooftop & commercial solar projects

* Develop and manage client relationships

* Conduct site visits and understand customer requirements

* Prepare proposals, quotations, and ROI analysis

* Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets

* Coordinate with design and installation teams

* Track market trends and competitor activities

* Handle client queries and after-sales support


Requirements:


* Experience in solar/renewable energy sales

* Strong communication and negotiation skills

* Basic technical knowledge of solar systems

* Ability to meet targets and deadlines

* Willingness to travel for site visits


Preferred:


* Background in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering

* Experience in rooftop or EPC solar projects
