The ideal candidate should have strong experience in procurement processes within the Pharma industry and should be capable of handling supplier coordination, inventory planning, and cost-effective purchasing strategies.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Manage end-to-end procurement and purchasing activities

* Handle vendor development and supplier relationship management

* Negotiate pricing, contracts, and procurement terms with vendors

* Coordinate with internal departments for material requirements and procurement planning

* Ensure timely availability of raw materials and operational supplies

* Monitor inventory levels and procurement budgets

* Maintain procurement records, reports, and documentation

* Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures

* Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities

*Requirements:*

* Prior 4–5 years of experience as Procurement Manager mandatory

* Pharma industry experience required

* Strong knowledge of procurement, vendor management, and supply chain operations

* Experience in handling purchase planning and inventory coordination

* Excellent negotiation and communication skills

* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

* Ability to manage multiple vendors and procurement activities efficiently

* Graduation/MBA preferred
