Project Planning & Construction Management

• Coordinate site activities and ensure effective resource deployment.
• Coordinate with Cross Functional Team to expedite resource mobilization.
• Coordinate with Finance Team for the Cashflow management (Lender and Contractor both).
• Lead annual budgeting processes and monitor project expenses.
• Support in Preparation Tender document by providing input on project schedule and construction methodology.
• Conduct root cause analysis to address project issues and improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and environmental standards.
• Implement best practices in project management to optimize project efficiency.
• Monitor and control project billing, invoicing, and budget allocation.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams to foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure project success and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Conduct regular project reviews and report on project progress to senior management.

• B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Post Graduation form NICMAR.
• Minimum 20 years of experience in the Renewable Energy Industry. 
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Proficiency in Scheduling tools like P6 & MSP are valuable additions.
