Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property sales while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
- Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads through various channels (calls, site visits, referrals, digital platforms).
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Conduct property site visits and present project details effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
- Follow up with potential buyers to close sales deals.
- Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams.
- Maintain updated records of leads, site visits, and sales progress.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Requirements & Skills
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and convert leads into sales.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
- Local market knowledge is an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
