Job Description
Responsibilities:
· Achieve monthly and quarterly team sales and revenue targets for various loan
products and financial services within the assigned region by effectively
leading and monitoring team performance.
· Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to drive business growth,
ensuring alignment with organizational goals and maintaining high
productivity levels.
· Develop new business opportunities for Zatpat Loans Advisory Services by building and
strengthening relationships with key clients, business partners, corporate
accounts, and financial institutions.
· Oversee lead generation activities across multiple channels, guide team members in
conducting client meetings, and ensure proper understanding of financial
needs, loan products, and eligibility criteria.
· Monitor and ensure timely follow-ups by the team to maximize lead conversion, enhance
customer satisfaction, and build long-term client and partner relationships.
· Drive team performance in promoting and cross-selling the full range of loan
solutions, including Construction Finance, Inventory Finance, Home Loans, and
Mortgage Loans, based on client profiles and requirements.
· Track and review team performance metrics including leads, applications,
disbursements, and collections through CRM systems, and share detailed
reports and insights with senior management.
· Ensure team adherence to company policies, processes, and compliance standards while
maintaining high levels of professionalism during client interactions,
financial events, and partner meetings to strengthen brand presence.
Requisite Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, finance, or a related field.
· Proven experience in sales/service within financial services, loans, cards, banking,
NBFC, or related sectors.
· Ability and experience in leading a sales team and driving target achievement.
· Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and with a team, and travel within the assigned
territory on a regular basis.
· Goal-oriented mindset with strong focus on revenue generation, conversion, and relationship
management.
· Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel-based reporting, and sales funnel management.
