Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic and result-driven Site Sales Executives to manage on-site client interactions, conduct property presentations, and convert site visits into bookings. The role demands strong communication skills, closing ability, and a hunger to achieve targets.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Handling & Sales

  • Attend walk-in clients and scheduled site visits
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable inventory
  • Deliver compelling project presentations (features, pricing, ROI)
  • Convert site visits into bookings

Lead Management

  • Follow up with leads from portals (MagicBricks, Facebook, NRI leads)
  • Ensure quick response time (within 2–5 minutes for new leads)
  • Maintain daily follow-up tracker and pipeline

Site Visit Management

  • Coordinate and conduct site visits professionally
  • Explain location advantages (VIP Road, 150 ft Road, connectivity, etc.)
  • Build trust and urgency during visits

Closing & Negotiation

  • Handle pricing discussions and objections
  • Push for closures with urgency (FOMO, limited inventory)
  • Ensure documentation support till booking confirmation

Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain daily activity report (calls, meetings, visits, bookings)
  • Coordinate with CRM / backend team for documentation
  • Work closely with Channel Partners for indirect sales
