Are you a people-friendly, confident communicator who enjoys interacting with students? We are looking for a dynamic Receptionist cum Counsellor who can create a welcoming first impression while guiding students with the right information and support.

💼 *Experience: 0 – 3 Years*

💰 *Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month*

*🔹 What You’ll Do*

• Welcome and assist walk-in students and visitors with a professional approach

• Manage front desk operations including calls, WhatsApp, and inquiries

• Provide basic counselling and explain courses/services effectively

• Schedule appointments and maintain records accurately

• Follow up with leads and support conversions

• Coordinate smoothly with counsellors and internal teams

*🔹 What We’re Looking For*

✔ Strong communication skills (English, Hindi & Gujarati preferred)

✔ Presentable personality with a positive attitude

✔ Good convincing and interpersonal skills

✔ Ability to handle calls and inquiries confidently

✔ Basic computer knowledge

*🎓 Eligibility*

• Graduate / Undergraduate (Any stream)

• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome
