🛒 Job Role:We are hiring a Retail Sales Executive for a fast-growing retail store. If you have experience in retail sales and enjoy interacting with customers, this role is perfect for you.
- 📌 Key Responsibilities:Handle walk-in customers and explain products
- Do consultative selling based on customer needs
- Increase sales through upselling & cross-selling
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain store display (visual merchandising)
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
