Job Description

Job Summary

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team, preparing quotations, coordinating with customers and suppliers, maintaining sales records, and ensuring timely execution of orders for construction equipment and spare parts.

Key Responsibilities

  • 1. Sales CoordinationCoordinate with the sales team for inquiries and customer requirements.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and price comparisons.
  • Follow up with customers regarding quotations and orders.
  • Maintain customer databases and sales records.
  • 2. Customer SupportHandle customer calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Provide information regarding products, pricing, delivery schedules, and availability.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and timely response to customer requirements.
  • 3. Order ProcessingProcess sales orders and coordinate with the purchase and logistics departments.
  • Track order status and ensure timely delivery of equipment and spare parts.
  • Prepare delivery schedules and dispatch documents.
  • 4. DocumentationPrepare sales reports, order summaries, and monthly MIS reports.
  • Maintain records of quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and agreements.
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of all sales-related activities.
  • 5. Coordination with Internal DepartmentsCoordinate with procurement, accounts, service, and operations teams.
  • Support after-sales service requirements and warranty claims.
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues.
  • 6. Tender and Contract SupportAssist in preparing tender documents and commercial proposals.
  • Maintain records of contracts, agreements, and customer correspondence.
  • 7. Market and Business SupportCollect market information and competitor pricing.
  • Support promotional activities and customer visits.
  • Assist management in achieving sales targets and business growth.
