Sales Executive

Required talented Sales Representative in West Ahmedabad.

• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed primary and secondary sales targets within an assigned geographic territory.
• Retailer & Distributor Management: Conduct daily market visits to grocery stores and supermarkets to book orders, pitch new products, and maintain healthy business relationships.
• Market Expansion: Identify and acquire new retail outlets and wholesalers to expand the brand's distribution footprint.
• Visibility & Merchandising: Ensure products are well-stocked, properly priced, and highly visible on shelves to maximize impulse purchases.
• Payment & Order Processing: Collect payments, manage outstanding accounts, and process orders accurately through company systems.
• Market Intelligence: Gather data on competitor pricing, promotions, and consumer preferences, and relay this feedback to management

Qualifications:

• Education & Experience: Typically requires a bachelor's degree in business, sales, or marketing, paired with 1–3 years of proven field sales experience in consumer goods.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong negotiation, active listening, and communication skills to handle client objections and build long-term trust.
