Key Responsibilities:-

Sales Executive

• Assist customers and recommend products based on their needs.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to store revenue.
• Maintain product displays and store presentation.
• Handle billing and basic cash transactions.

Barista

• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and food items as per company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area.
• Ensure excellent product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Follow operational and safety guidelines.

Customer Service Professional

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service.
• Address customer queries and concerns professionally.
• Ensure a positive customer experience at all times.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
• RequirementsMinimum qualification: 10th/12th Pass or Graduate.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
