Sales Executive – Interior Décor

Handle walk-in customers and understand their requirements for blinds, curtains, fabrics and other interior décor products.

Provide professional product guidance and recommend suitable fabric, texture, design, colour, quality and blind solutions.

Demonstrate product features, fabric quality, functionality and applications to customers.

Prepare quotations, follow up with customers and convert enquiries into sales.

Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Maintain proper records of customer enquiries, quotations and follow-ups.

Regularly meet and coordinate with Architects, Interior Designers and Design Consultants to generate new business opportunities.

Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with architects and interior designers for project enquiries and repeat business.

Coordinate with the internal team for measurements, quotations, orders, installations and customer requirements.

Keep yourself updated with new fabrics, blind systems, curtain styles and interior décor trends.

Ensure excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
