Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager for our manufacturing company. The candidate will be responsible for generating business, handling key customers, achieving sales targets, developing market strategies, and maintaining strong client relationships to support company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Handle existing customers and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize orders.
• Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts departments for smooth order execution.
• Visit clients and industrial areas for business development.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Prepare sales reports, MIS reports, and forecasting data.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of compressors and related industrial applications.
• Strong team leadership and team handling ability.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and ERP software.
• Ability to handle client meetings professionally.

Qualification:

BE – Mechanical Engineer, MBA in Marketing

Experience:

5–7 years of sales experience in manufacturing/industrial sector.
