Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle digital marketing activities daily (WhatsApp marketing, social media promotions, lead generation, etc.)
• Make daily calls to new and existing customers for sales follow-up and order booking
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Generate new leads from hospitals, dealers, distributors, and medical stores
• Follow up on inquiries and convert them into sales
Maintain customer database and sales records
• Visit clients if required for business development
Requirements:
• Good communication skills (Hindi, English, Gujarati preferred)
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media handling
• Experience in sales/marketing preferred (medical field experience is a plus)
• Ability to convince customers and close deals
• Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
