Job Description

Hiring: Senior Account Executive

Location: Chandkheda, Ahmedabad

Experience: 3–5 Years

Joining: Immediate / Short notice preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting entries in Tally/accounting software with proper documentation and accuracy.
  • Handle bank reconciliations, vendor/customer ledger management, and verify purchase invoices and expenses.
  • Ensure GST coordination, vendor reconciliation, and follow-ups for mismatches.
  • Manage statutory compliances such as TDS, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and LWF within timelines.
  • Support monthly closing, MIS reporting, online banking transactions, and assist during audits.

Required Skills

  • Software Knowledge:
  • Tally ERP / Tally Prime
  • MS Excel (reconciliation, formulas, basic reporting)
  • MS Office
  • Accounting & banking portals

Qualification

  • B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter
  • Relevant experience in accounting and compliance
