Visa Consulting Sales Advisor

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and persuasive Sales Advisor responsible for converting potential clients into successful visa consulting customers. This role demands consistent lead follow-ups, deep product knowledge, smart objection handling, and aggressive target achievement. You will be responsible for selling immigration and visa service packages by understanding client needs and recommending the right solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound and outbound leads to understand immigration goals and recommend the best visa options.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through structured, consultative selling.
- Conduct detailed consultations, explain processes, timelines, pricing, and required documents clearly.
- Manage CRM entries, maintain complete follow-up details, and track each lead until closure.
- Build trust and urgency with clients by providing timely updates and addressing queries professionally.
- Coordinate with internal case-processing teams to ensure smooth onboarding after payment.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, field events, and referrals generation activities.
- Stay updated on immigration programs, eligibility changes, and key selling points.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent persuasion and closing skills
- Strong presentation, communication & rapport-building ability
- Ability to handle objections confidently and convert interest to sale
- High discipline in follow-ups and record keeping
- Goal-oriented, competitive, and resilient under pressure
- Smart problem-solving and quick learning attitude
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree preferred (any discipline)
- Minimum 13 years of direct sales experience (immigration/education/travel finance sales preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM familiarity a strong plus
Performance Expectations

- Minimum daily performance required:
- 50–70 connected calls
- 5+ quality consultations
- Weekly closures as per target slab
- High accountability for conversion numbers and revenue delivery
